2A The Cabrera Archipielagos National Park -6

Hi, my name is Marc
I’m going to tell you about the  Cabrera Archipielaqos Natural Park.
Cabrera Archipelago is a group of Spanish islands belonging to the Balearic Archipelago and was declared a national park on April 29, 1991.
This archipelago belongs to the municipality of Palma de Mallorca.

It has got great natural value, since, due to its isolation throughout history, it  survived to this day virtually unchanged: the coastal landscape of Cabrera can be considered one of the best preserved of the Spanish coast, and one of the best in the Mediterranean.

There are also important colonies of seabirds and native species and many reptiles, aquatic animals, corals, flowers but there isn´t a lot of mammals in it.

. Because of its biological wealth and abundance and variety of birds, it has also been declared as SPAs (Special Protection Area for Birds).

It is a good place to go to rest and unwind!
