It's Start City. It is in England near London.
The weather in Start City is cold in winter but warm in summer.

In the centre of Start City there is a school. There's also
a park. It's opposite the sport centre. There aren't any
museums.
The people in Start City are happy. They go to the park
and they play football. The don't work.
